About the Founder
I am an Amsterdam-based intimacy coordinator and educator.
Izabela has worked with hundreds of performers and successfully prepared them for their shoots. She started as a videographer and later moved to manage and direct the production process. With more than 10 years in ethical production of adult media and in cooperation with many other people in the industry, she founded the RedCheeks Academy.
